早起きになっています。



窓を開けて外の空気を吸い


草木にお水をあげて


すこしキッチンでリラックスしてから


朝食を作ります

My biological clock is daylight saving time(summer time)

I am early riser than these days.

open the window, breathe the fresh air
water the flowers
relax a little time at kitchen
then make breakfast
