Immunity up




ちょっと体がバテ気味なので


免疫力をアップさせるためにニンニク!


ニンニクってパセリと一緒に食べるとさらに良いみたいです。


家にちょうどパセリがあったので、


今が旬の春キャベツのじゃこペペロンを作りました。○ ◯
