うちごはん
カマンベールチーズとアンチョビオリーブを友人からもらったので、
イタ〜リアンな晩酌をしました。
My friend gave me Camembert cheese & anchovy olives.
So I cooked Italian dishes.
とってもナイスな感じだったので、
この翌日はカマンベールチーズを小さなフォンデュにして
ガーリックフランスパンにつけていただきました。
ニンニクラブな私にとってはイタリアンも大好物です♡

きのうは友人と温泉に行って、昼からBeer。○ ◯
ずっと盛り上がりっぱなしで、
お腹が痛くなるほど笑いました。
笑い過ぎて全身から汗が滝のように流れるほどw
愉快な休日を過ごせました。

It was day off. I went to hot spring with my friend.
hot spring → sauna → beer → loud laughter → beer → hot spring
We had a hearty laugh all day long.
It was a pleasant great day.
サーカディアンリズム
最近朝型になりました。
カーテンの隙間からこぼれる光を感じて目覚めます。
５時半とか６時にはお日様を浴びてます。
自然の中で生かされていることに大きく感謝しています。

I was a night owl but I turned early bird.
I wake up when I feel light can be seen through the small opening between the curtains. I take sunlight at 5:30 to 6:00. I should be thankful for being kept alive by nature.

今月の定例会はみんなで韓国家庭料理店に行ってきました〜。
韓国の方が経営しているので、本場の味が楽しめました。
韓国と同じように、お通しに何種類ものナムルが出てきてうれしいです。
サムギョプサルも韓国式にお店のご主人が焼いて切って取り分けて下さいます。

went to Korean restaurant with my friends last night.
As for the appetizer, several kinds of namuls (vegetables dish) are served in the same way as a restaurant of Korea.
The owner of the restaurant cooked it for us. It was so delicious!
