Cooking biryani
最近ビリヤニ作りにはまっています。
バスマティ米を購入し、自分なりのビリヤニを極めようとしています。
学生の頃、インド料理店でアルバイトをしていました。
そのくらいインド料理が好きなのです。
おまけにイギリスで美味しいビリヤニを食べたので、
自分でも作りたい欲に火が付いてしまいました。
バスマティ米はジャスミンライス（タイ米）よりも幾分長くてよりパサついてます。
でもスパイスたちと混ざり合って絶妙な美味しい味になり、
このパサつきも必要不可欠になります。
スパイスのおかげなのか、
可笑しなくらいに体調がとってもいいです。(>‿< ✿)
(I love cooking biryani lately. I want to make hideka's special biryani!
