サロンを経営してるご近所さんから
「PCの操作やSNSがわからないの〜〜〜！」とヘルプの電話がありました。
ある程度のことなら何となくわかるのですが、
私もほぼ素人です。
全くらちが明かず、結局は私の友人にヘルプを求めました。
ぐるぐる回ってなんとか解決。ふ〜、よかった。
(The neighbor who runs the salon of the lymph massage called for help about her HP.
However, I was not able to work, so I called for help to friend wize.
At last the problem was solved. phew!)

コーラスと語りで参加しています。
スコットランド(U.K.)、カリフォルニア(U.S.A.)、ケンブリッジ(U.K.)でのオンエアーが決まったそうです。

ドキドキの人間ドックを受けてきました。
結果は特に問題もなく安心しました。
ここでの人間ドックの料金に含まれている昼食が結構豪華なのです。
尾頭付きの海老や、手の込んだお料理がたくさんありました。
サラダ、デザート、ドリンク類はすべて食べ放題、飲み放題です。
今朝はコップ１杯の水しか飲んでいなかったので、何杯もドリンクをいただきました。
今夜は人間ドックの打ち上げかな？ふふふ。

a complete physical checkup
I went into a hospital for a complete physical checkup today. All results were so so.
Anyway, this picture was lunch at hospital.
This lunch is included in the rate of the complete physical checkup.
That restaurant in hospital has all-you-can-eat salad, dessert & drink.
In addition, all dishes were delicious. It’s gorgeous, isn’t it?
