ひさしぶりで美味しいです。

うち朝ごはん
coconut oilの存在をすっかり忘れていました。
またいろいろなお料理に使おうと思います。
卵にハチミツを少し混ぜてcoconut oilで焼き、
軽くトーストしたマフィンに、
たっぷりのリーフとマヨネーズを挟んで出来上がり。
ふんわり甘くて美味しいエッグマフィンになりました。
(I cooked egg muffin this morning. I forgot about coconut oil that was sleeping in my refrigerator in a long time. So I baked egg with coconut oil. It was delicious.)
物忘れが激しいのです、最近。
困ったものだわ。
coconut oilで回復するかしら？
